Payments

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Venmo, GooglePay, Shop Pay, and Paypal. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. 

Returns

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds. This includes plants, goods, sales items, and gift cards.

Please email us with any questions or concerns. 

The best way to change your order is to contact us immediately. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.

Shipping

Orders are processed in the order we receive them unless you've chosen expedited shipping. You can track your order status on a tracking page and/or signup for alerts on a courier website.

Out of state: Please allow 3-5 days for processing. 
Local/in state (Florida): orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

Winter shipping delays (November-April): We do ask that you please bear with us as we may hold orders for 2-6 business days if the weather in your region dips below 30 degrees. There will be an option to add a heat pack to all plant orders. Orders that do not have heat packs are subject to cold damage. Our number one priority is to ensure your plant friend arrives in the best condition possible.

Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact us and we can assist you with the next steps.

The chances of receiving a defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of a product which shows the defect(s) clearly & contact us within 24 hours to check if it's eligible for replacement.

Our plants are sourced from groups of plant farmers around Southern California and Florida. To ensure the highest quality, where your green friends come from, depends on your location.

The goal is to work with greenhouses that are able to deliver plants within 150 miles of their new home and away from the growers which results in reduced pollution, plant waste and damages, and lowers the amount of time plants are in transit

We currently ship anywhere in the contiguous US. We'll let you know if we expand to Hawaii and Alaska!
